Melissa Downes

Melissa Downes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and digital transformation, currently serving as the Senior Product and Digital Transformation Manager at smol since March 2019. Melissa has held various roles at smol, including Product Manager, Business Analyst, Supply Chain Manager, and Operations, Accounting, and Procurement. Prior to this, Melissa worked as a Business Strategy Consultant for multiple organizations from January 2011 to March 2019 and served as a Senior Race Systems Engineer at Formula One Management Limited from June 2006 to December 2010. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies from the University of the West of England, completed between 2001 and 2005.
