Chester Fernando

Chester Fernando is a skilled architect with extensive experience in the architecture field, currently serving as a Project Architect and Architectural Software Manager at Smolen Emr Ilkovitch Architects since June 2017. Responsibilities include managing architectural software and providing training for firm staff.
