Stephen Lean has over 10 years of experience in various roles related to business development, sales, and partnerships. Stephen started their career in 2008 as President & CEO at SJL Management Inc. Since then, they have held positions such as Business Development Consultant at GIMME360° and Smooth Commerce, VP of B2B and Partnerships at LocateMotion, and Strategic Business Partner at Massey's Production. In 2014, they became Vice President of Business Development at Adaptability Canada. From 2015 to 2018, Stephen worked as a Business Development Consultant at Zoompass Inc. and later took on the role of Vice President of Sales at MoPals.com Inc. From 2009 to 2014, they served as VP of Business Development & Corporate Sales at eTime Energy Inc. Stephen also worked as a Sales Consultant at Pragmatic Mobile from 2012 to 2013.

Stephen Lean attended York University from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
