Manoj Joshi

Manoj leads Talent and Engineering at Smoothstack and is responsible for the strategic functioning of operations related to people, product and processes.

He is a proven leader in banking and system technology. Manoj's early experience at Hewlett-Packard shaped him to be a successful people leader. He led engineering at CNET/CBS to build the largest technology media portal. He also led engineering at Bank of America to build the first online banking and bill payment system. As a Field CTO and Director at Xcalar, he helped build a high-performance distributed compute system and successfully deployed it at several Wall Street banks.

Manoj has a passion for the education industry. He is also a 500H RYT advanced yoga instructor. As a hobbyist, he wrote code that helped ISRO's $70m Mars mission. He has also used AI to simulate cancer trials, and has presented his findings in life science conferences.
