M C has had a long and varied career, beginning in 1994 when they worked as a Manager in Correspondence Banking for United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB). In 1998, they moved to Singtel as a Senior Manager in Marketing. In 2001, they joined American Express as a Director, Head of Channel Acquisitions (Japan/Asia/Pacific/Australia) and Director, Head of Acceptance (Japan/Asia/Pacific/Australia). In 2006, they became Divisional CEO for F J Benjamin. In 2008, they moved to Standard Chartered Bank as Head of Merchant Sales - Asia, Vice President. In 2014, they assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer for Katie Mark Pte Ltd (HonestBee). Finally, in 2020, they returned to the role of Chief Operating Officer for Mydacloud Ltd.
M C. completed a Bachelor of Science from the National University of Singapore in 1994, followed by a Masters of Science from the same university in 1998. In 2001, M C. earned a Masters of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore. Prior to that, M C. obtained three certificates from Temasek Polytechnic, in E-Commerce Specialist, Retail Marketing, and Logistics Management. M C. also completed the American Express Six Sigma Program.
