Jessica Musnitzky's work experience begins in 2012 when they worked as a Youth Programmer at Great Park Synagogue. In 2013, they became the Head of the Drama Department at Camp Moshava USA, where they developed a drama syllabus and directed the final performance for over 1000 children.

Also in 2013, Jessica worked at Dancing With Louise as a Dance and Drama Teacher, where they taught various skills to children, such as speech, confidence, and acting. Jessica also worked as an Office Administrator, managing a client database and handling bookings and sales.

From 2013 to 2014, Jessica served as the Youth Programmer Co-ordinator at Mill Hill Synagogue, and from 2015 to 2016, they were the Youth Program Director at Yeshiva College Synagogue.

In 2016, Jessica took on teaching roles, first as an English and History teacher at King David Linksfield Primary School, and then as a Drama and English Teacher at Cedarwood College High School from 2016 to 2018.

Jessica'sentrepreneurial experience began in 2015 when they founded DramaLlama Party Entertainment, their own kids' entertainment company. Jessica provided a range of entertainment services for children and ran theater and improvisation workshops. Jessica also managed social media accounts for marketing purposes.

Finally, in 2020, Jessica worked as a Customer Support Specialist at Smore, where they answered technical questions about the product and assisted with employee engagement activities and philanthropy projects. Jessica also took responsibility for starting the company's TikTok account.

Jessica Musnitzky began their education in 2009 at the University of the Witwatersrand, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts, General. During this time, they also studied Psychology as part of their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. In 2015, Jessica returned to the University of the Witwatersrand for Post Graduate studies in Education, focusing on Drama and English. Additionally, they obtained a Teaching qualification in Drama and Dance from Trinity College London, though the specific dates for this degree are not provided.
