Ricardo Vea Orte

Ricardo Vea Orte has worked in various roles in the field of Human Resources since 1991. Ricardo began their career as Head of Human Resources at Uvesco, a business group services sector dedicated to the Food Distribution of the Basque Country and Cantabria. Ricardo then moved to Ibermatica as Head of Development of Human Resources Projects in 1998, and then to Grupo Ramón Vizcaino in 2003 as Head of Human Resources. In 2006, they became Head of Human Resources at S21sec, and then in 2008, they became a Professor at Deusto Business School. In 2012, they founded and became the CEO of Smowltech, a company with the vision to enhance continuous online learning.
