Chris Pitt

Chris Pitt has extensive work experience in the engineering and metering industry. Chris began their career as an Electric Meter Fitter at G4S in 2007 and worked there until 2010. From 2010 onwards, Chris joined SMS Plc., where they held various roles. Chris started as an Electrician and worked in that position until 2016. In 2016, they were promoted to Field Metering Manager, where they managed a team of FTE and contractors, provided training for meter operatives, prepared reports and invoices, and assisted with procedure implementation. Since February 2020, Chris has been serving as the Head of Engineering Delivery at SMS Plc.

Chris Pitt attended St. Peters C of E High School from 1993 to 1998. Chris then pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering at Newcastle Under Lyme College from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained a City& Guilds qualification. Chris furthered their education at the same college and earned an HNC in Mechanical Engineering from 2000 to 2003.
