Steven has over a decade of experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as an SMS Solutions Consultant at SMS Country Networks Pvt Ltd since January 2011. Initially hired as a Customer Relationship Manager, Steven was promoted to the SMS Solutions Consultant role specializing in international processes after ten months. Prior to this, Steven worked as a Customer Support Associate at Mahindra Satyam BPO from August 2009 to September 2010. Steven holds an MBA in Marketing and is an alumnus of St. Charles High School.
