Mike French

Mike French is an experienced professional in service delivery and operations management, currently serving as the Regional Service Delivery Manager at SMT GB since July 2022. Previously, Mike held roles at SMT Holding from April 2019 to July 2022, including Service Delivery Manager and Customer Support Centre Manager. Mike's experience also includes the position of Regional Operations Manager at Babcock International Group, where responsibilities entailed fleet management and performance oversight in the Northern region. Earlier career stages at Finning spanned over a decade in service operations and engineering roles, beginning as a Field Service Engineer. Mike's foundational skills were developed in the HM Forces as a Royal Engineer, where vehicle and machinery maintenance was a key focus.
