Gary Tanel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the electronics and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as the Founder and Chairman of Electronics Alliance since March 2017, Gary has created a trusted association of design and manufacturing companies. As a long-standing Chapter Officer and National Ambassador for the Surface Mount Technology Association, Gary has held various leadership roles, including past Board member and Dallas Chapter President. Additional experience includes being a member of the Associate Board for Tech Titans and holding leadership positions in several companies, such as Vice President of Business Development at McDonald Technologies and President of Circuitronics. Gary has contributed to industry knowledge through editorial writing and has a strong educational background with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University. Specialties include results-oriented leadership, LEAN practices, strategic planning, and P&L responsibility within complex integrated assemblies.
