Lisa Rawlins

Lisa Rawlins is an experienced professional in student-athlete development, currently serving as the Assistant Athletic Director for Student-Athlete Success at SMU Mustangs since January 2022. Rawlins has a robust background in player development, holding the position of Director of Player Development and Life After Ball at SMU Football since June 2021. Previously, Rawlins was the Director of Academic Development for Student-Athletes at Southern Methodist University from November 2010 to June 2021 and worked as a Learning Specialist from 2008 to 2010. Early career experience includes serving as a Graduate Assistant in Academics at the University of Oklahoma from 2006 to 2008. Rawlins earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Fresno and a Master of Education in Adult and Higher Education from the University of Oklahoma.
