Rutu Shah

Rutu Shah has a work experience of over 10 years. Rutu started their career with Motion Control Engineering (MCE) in 2006, where they worked as an SAP Technical Lead. Their responsibilities included managing SAP SD systems, supporting incident and change management, and participating in new development projects. Rutu also conducted training and documentation activities. In 2014, Rutu moved on to work at SMUD as a SAP Technology Program Lead. Here, they led the SAP Ariba implementation team and was in charge of implementing digital transformation initiatives using cloud technology. Rutu managed the end-to-end lifecycle of a multi-year, multi-million-dollar project, which involved implementing Ariba strategic sourcing, Ariba Buying & Invoicing, and integrations with SAP and third-party products. Rutu also developed a business case outlining the benefits, risks, and timelines of the Ariba project.

Rutu Shah obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology - SMU from 2003 to 2005. In addition, Rutu Shah has obtained certifications including Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate from Oracle, SAP ADM100 System Administration from SAP, and Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Scrum Alliance.
