Shannon Neal

Shannon Neal is an experienced project manager currently serving as the FDOT Permitting Manager for Verizon and RowStar at SMW Engineering Group, Inc. since January 2019. Previously, Shannon held the position of Chief Action Officer at Catalyst International, focusing on government contracts and strategic marketing across various sectors. Shannon's marketing expertise was further demonstrated as Marketing Director at Chick-fil-A Corporate and as Marketing & Events Manager at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, where significant achievements included enhancing dealer relationships and initiating high-participation charity events. Earlier roles also include Marketing Manager at Le Creuset of America, Global Associate Product Manager for Mr. Coffee at Jarden Consumer Solutions, and Account Executive at RTCdirect.
