Maria Proctor Ridley

Maria Proctor Ridley is an experienced financial management professional with a strong background in overseeing significant contracts and financial analysis. Currently serving as the Deputy Task Order Financial Lead at SMX since January 2020, Maria manages a $1 billion FEDSIM awarded Cost Plus Award Fee Task Order, supporting multiple USG organizations while also finalizing the financial closeout of a predecessor task order valued at $432 million. Maria previously held roles at PwC, General Dynamics Information Technology, Avalere Health, and Forrester Construction Company, where responsibilities included executive administrative support, financial analysis, budgeting, and compliance monitoring. Maria holds a Master’s Degree in Financial Management and Information Systems from the University of Maryland Global Campus, along with a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature and an Associate's Degree in General Curriculum from the University of Maryland.
