Roger Nefkens has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2019, they founded SMYLE, a personal care company focused on eliminating plastic waste from bathrooms. Prior to this, in 2016, they founded The Bamboo Brush Society, which offers sustainable toothbrushes. Roger also worked as a freelance Social Media Specialist for Nefkens DGTL, where they helped companies grow their business through social media. Roger has also worked on various social media projects for Patagonia in Europe and was involved with the advertising part of Patagonia Action Works. In addition to their professional roles, Roger embarked on a travel adventure in 2015, exploring Asia for six months.
Roger Nefkens completed their education at various institutions. From 2005 to 2009, they attended the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Business and Management. In 2008, they participated in an exchange semester at Korea University. Additionally, from 2002 to 2004, Roger attended IVA Driebergen, although their specific degree and field of study during this period are unknown.
