Tracey James

Tracey James has extensive experience in the jewelry industry, currently serving as Manager at Smyth Jewelers since July 2011 and holding the position of General Manager at Albert Smyth Company since the same date. Prior to these roles, Tracey managed at Helzberg Diamonds from June 2004 to July 2011. Tracey is a certified professional, having earned credentials from the Gemological Institute of America, including Certified Diamond Grader and Certified Diamontologist, along with expertise in colored gemstones. Tracey also holds an Associate's degree in Computer Installation and Repair Technology from WTI, obtained between 1992 and 1994.
