Eli Hoch

Eli Hoch has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 2013, Eli worked as an Engineering Intern at Lilker Associates. In 2016, they joined Shade as a Hardware Engineering Intern, and later transitioned to a Hardware Engineer role. In 2018, Eli moved to King Children as a Manufacturing Engineer, before joining Latch in 2019 as a Hardware Reliability Engineer. They stayed with Latch until 2022. In 2022, Eli joined Snackpass as a Hardware Reliability Engineer. Most recently, Eli became a Climatebase Fellow in 2023.

From 2012 to 2016, Eli Hoch attended The City College of New York, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
