Hakeem O. Adeniyi, Jr., MD, serves as the Chief Clinical Officer and Medical Director at the Sacramento Native American Health Center, Inc. since September 2019, focusing on enhancing the quality of life for the American Indian and Alaska Native community through culturally competent and patient-centered care. Prior to this, Hakeem held roles as Family Physician and Chief Medical Officer at Peach Tree Health, where clinical leadership and strategic planning were primary responsibilities. Hakeem's extensive experience includes serving as Regional Medical Director at La Clínica de La Raza, with earlier positions as Associate Medical Director and Family Physician, and a residency in Family & Community Medicine at UCSF - San Francisco General Hospital. Hakeem earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Arts in Child Development from Tufts University.
