Lorenzo Federici

Lorenzo Federici has extensive work experience in human resources management. Lorenzo started at Saipem in 2000 as the Head of Labour Litigation and Hr Management and held various roles within the company, including Head of Corporate HR Management and Senior HR BP Operations. In 2015, they joined Snam as the Head of Hr Management and later became the Head of Industrial Relations, Payroll, Hr Policies and Welfare.
