Max Bergami

Max Bergami is a prominent academic and business leader with extensive experience in higher education and corporate governance. Currently serving as Non Executive Director at Ferrarelle Società Benefit and Snam S.p.A., as well as Dean and CEO of Bologna Business School, Max has significantly contributed to the development and leadership of educational programs. With a long-standing tenure at the University of Bologna, Max holds the position of Full Professor and has previously served as Associate and Assistant Professor, specializing in Organizational Behavior and Management Engineering. Additionally, Max is involved in various executive roles, including founding chair of the Emba Consortium and membership on the Board of Trustees for EFMD. Max's past directorships include positions at Brunello Cucinelli, Telecom Italia Media, and Ducati Motor Holding. Max's academic background includes a PhD in Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, complemented by the International Teachers Program at NYU Stern School of Business.
