Alec Tempesta has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Alec started out as a Cook and Cashier at Smashburger in 2013. In 2015, they worked as a Maintenance Crew Member at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Housing Office. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Men's Department Sales Associate, Seasonal Sales Floor Lead, and Sales Supervisor at Macy's. In 2019, they worked as an Outside B2B Sales Consultant at Staples and as a Manager of Operations, Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, and Project Coordinator at Snap Install, Inc.

Alec Tempesta completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Human Resources at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended Robbinsdale Armstrong High School from 2009 to 2013.
