Clare Canepa is a seasoned professional in customer experience and program management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Experience at Snap! Mobile since December 2017, where previous roles included Program Manager of Payment Operations and Lead Customer Success Manager. Prior to Snap! Mobile, Clare worked at Amazon in Strategic Vendor Services, focusing on vendor management, inventory planning, and marketing through strategic thinking and data analysis. Clare holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Apparel and Textile Management with a minor in Business from the University of Missouri-Columbia, completed in December 2016.
