Wes Sims

Wes Sims is currently the Head of Product & Sales Partnerships at Snap! Mobile, focusing on creating an ecosystem of tools and partners for group leaders involved in youth to collegiate programs. Previously, Wes co-founded and served as the Chief Operating Officer at ScoreBreak, driving strategic vision and operational excellence for a film review and scouting platform. Wes also held significant roles at Pelotonia, including Head of Technology and Head of Product, leading major digital initiatives. Additional board memberships include the Ulman Cancer Fund for Young Adults and the Brooke Mulford Foundation. Wes's early career included the position of Executive Vice President at FX Well and a volunteer role as Development Director for the National Youth 5K Series. Educational background includes a BA in Business Administration from Whittier College.
