Lyndsey Bateman

Lyndsey Bateman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, finance, and credit management. Currently serving as the Director of European Operations and Administration at Snap-on since January 2023, Lyndsey oversees critical functions such as Human Resources, Regulatory Compliance, Warehouse, Customer Service, IT, and Supply Chain for the European business. Since January 2013, Lyndsey has also held the position of Director of Financial Services at Snap-on Finance UK Limited, managing a team of 27 associates and multiple finance portfolios.
