Nathan Lee

Nathan Lee is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering for Snap-on Specialty Tools North America since November 2010, overseeing product development and engineering for torque products and connected tools across multiple facilities. Prior to this role, Nathan held several key positions at Callaway Golf from 1994 to 2010, including Program Director for New Platforms, where innovative golf electronic devices were developed, and Sr. Director of Design and Performance, leading teams in product development and testing. Nathan's educational background includes a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University, along with additional studies at UCSD and the University of Pennsylvania.
