Thomas J. Ward

Thomas J. Ward serves as the Senior Vice President and President of the Repair Systems and Information Group at Snap-on Incorporated, a role held since April 2010, overseeing a suite of software and technology businesses with annual sales of $1.7 billion in the global vehicle repair market. Prior to this position, Thomas held several impactful roles at Snap-on from 2001 to 2010, including leading the company’s franchise system with over $1.5 billion in sales and developing strategic initiatives that enhanced profitability and productivity. Thomas also directed various divisions focused on diagnostics and information, achieving significant sales milestones and consistent growth. Thomas holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
