Jason Winchester is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in product innovation and management. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Product at Snap One since December 2017, Jason has previously held various leadership positions at Cardone Industries for nearly a decade, culminating in the role of Senior Director of Product - Innovation. Jason's expertise encompasses overseeing diverse teams, spearheading Agile product development, guiding major acquisitions, and driving market strategies. Jason began their career as a Management Trainee at Ferguson Enterprises, having earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Penn State University.
