Carl Seeno

Carl Seeno has a diverse background in various government agencies and private organizations. With experience in intelligence analysis, foreign service, and program management, Carl currently holds the position of Platform Integrity Operations Lead at Snap Inc. Prior to this, Carl worked as a Foreign Service Officer at the U.S. Department of State and as a Targeting Analyst at the Central Intelligence Agency. Carl also has experience as an Intelligence Analyst at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency and as a Project Lead at Concepts & Strategies, Inc. Carl holds a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from the University of Pittsburgh and has pursued additional education at The American University in Cairo and the School for International Training.
