Derek Andersen

Derek Andersen is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Snap Inc., a position Derek has held since July 2018. Prior to that, Derek worked at Amazon from March 2011 to June 2018, where Derek held various finance leadership roles in the Digital Video and Digital Music businesses. Before their time at Amazon, Derek served as the Senior Vice President of Finance & Business Operations for IGN at Fox Interactive Media from September 2007 to March 2011. Derek holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and the University of California, Berkeley, in addition to being a Chartered Financial Analyst with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Acadia University.
