Keshava Subramanya is a seasoned Director of Engineering, currently leading the Ads Demand Platform at Snap Inc. since January 2024, where Keshava oversees a team of approximately 150 engineers. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Machine Learning Engineering for Ads at Pinterest from September 2019 to November 2023, focusing on enhancing advertiser return on investment through various complex models and systems. Keshava has also contributed to Netflix in engineering roles related to personalization and recommendation systems, and held engineering leadership positions at Microsoft, where key projects included contributions to Bing's social data infrastructure and the development of a notable feature for Windows 8. Additional experience encompasses software engineering roles at AMD, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and IBM. Keshava holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from UC Santa Barbara and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
