Maksim Gusarov

Maksim Gusarov is a Technical Lead Manager in the Machine Learning department at Snap Inc. Maksim has experience in building ML Recommender System for AR experiences, leading ML engineers, modernizing ML infrastructures, and managing cross-functional collaborations. Prior to Snap Inc., Maksim worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Looksery Inc. and a Software Engineer at CodeForces. Maksim holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Saratov State University.
