Michael J. O'Sullivan, currently serving as the General Counsel at Snap Inc., has a wealth of experience in providing strategic legal advice to various companies, boards of directors, and individual founders. With a background as a Partner at Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP and as an Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, Michael has worked on significant corporate governance, transactional, and litigation matters throughout their career. Michael holds a JD from USC Gould School of Law and a BA in American History from the University of Pennsylvania.
