Evan C. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Evan started their career at HG2 as a Healthcare Recruiter, Business Development Representative, and Executive Recruiter, where they conducted contract and salary negotiations, generated new business with assisted living facilities, and sourced and screened C-suite candidates. After that, they worked at Kroger Technology as a Customer Service Support Manager. Currently, Evan is working at SnapCare, where they first served as a Senior Recruiter, responsible for sourcing and recruiting efforts and managing the candidate experience. Evan then transitioned to the role of Lead Recruiter and Recruiting Supervisor, where they coached and mentored junior recruiters, developed and executed recruitment strategies, and managed the team's daily activity and goals. Currently, Evan holds the position of Lead Acute Care Business Development Representative at SnapCare.

Evan C. has studied Business Administration, Management and Operations at East Carolina University. Prior to that, they attended Fike High School. In addition to their education, Evan has obtained a certification in Locum Tenens Management from the Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment in December 2023.
