Cristian Brotto

Cristian Brotto is a senior technology executive with extensive experience in engineering leadership and product development. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering, Products & Platform at Snapdocs since June 2016, Cristian has played a critical role in the company's growth from a small startup to a major industry player, managing significant team expansions and implementing effective hiring processes. Previous roles at Snapdocs included Director of Engineering and Senior Manager, overseeing diverse engineering teams and key product initiatives, such as the profitable Notary Scheduling Team. Cristian co-founded Wrkr Solutions, Inc., where a mobile-first Applicant Tracking System was launched, and has held engineering positions at notable organizations, including leading IT projects for major European banks and conducting machine learning research. Cristian holds a Ph.D. and multiple degrees in Computer Science from Università degli Studi dell'Insubria, as well as completion of the LEAD Executive Business Program at Stanford University.
