Helen Halsey

Helen Halsey is the current Executive Business Partner to the CFO & VP of Product at Snapdocs. Helen has over 7 years of experience in corporate development and strategic partnerships. Prior to joining Snapdocs, Ms. Halsey was the Head of Corporate Development at Sunrun. In this role, they led Sunrun's M&A and partnership initiatives, as well as key strategic initiatives both internally and externally. Ms. Halsey also spent three years as the Director of Corporate Development at Harvest Power, Inc., where they led valuation and due diligence for acquisitions, directed portfolio companies in operational activities, and led deal execution on a $125M capital raise. Ms. Halsey holds a BA in Economics from Harvard University.

Helen Halsey received their Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University in Romance Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics.

Helen Halsey reports to Aaron King, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Nancy McInerney - Chief of Staff, Michael Sachdev - President, and Genevieve Sheehan - VP, Settlement Services.
