Jamie Kitterman currently serves as Customer Support Lead at Snapdocs, with a focus on providing leadership and support for various stakeholders in digital closings and mortgage needs. Previously, Jamie held the positions of Senior Customer Support Specialist and Customer Support Specialist at Snapdocs, and also worked as an English Second Language Teacher at VIPKid. Experience includes serving as a Crisis Intervention Specialist at YWCA South Hampton Roads, where Jamie provided trauma-informed support and created referrals for victims of violence. Involvement with Linking Lives included program development and research in Rwanda, while contributions to the United Feminist Movement involved coordinating events addressing gender-based violence. Jamie is a Virginia Tech graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology, International Studies, and Women and Gender Studies.
