Tao Wang

Tao Wang has a strong background in human resources and talent acquisition. They are currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Snaplii since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Microsoft as a Talent Acquisition specialist from March 2022 to February 2023. Tao also held senior positions at ZhongAn Insurance as the Senior Director of Human Resources from January 2020 to February 2022, and at Alibaba Group as a Senior OD Expert from February 2016 to January 2020. They also have experience in Learning and Development, having worked at CFLD International as the Learning and Development Director from February 2014 to January 2016, at KPMG as the Head of the Learning and Development department of the North Region from October 2011 to May 2013, and at Cummins Inc. as the China L&D Head from September 2006 to September 2011. Their career started at Schneider Electric as a Training Specialist from September 2001 to August 2006.

Tao Wang received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the North China University of Technology. This education was obtained from 1997 to 2001.
