Charles Marino

Charles Marino has an extensive work experience in the solar energy industry. Charles currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations & Strategy at SnapNrack Solar Mounting Solutions since September 2023. Prior to that, they were the President of the GaAs Thin Film PV Division at Ubiquity Solar Inc. from January 2021 to August 2023. Charles also served as the Chief Operating Officer/President at Alta Devices from 2019 to 2020 and as the Executive Vice President of Operations at Quick Mount PV from 2016 to 2019. Before that, they held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Powis from 2013 to 2016 and served in various roles at RJR Technologies, Inc., including Executive Vice President of Global Operations and Sr. Director of Manufacturing & Operational Excellence from 2007 to 2013.

Charles Marino has completed the Global Business Strategy Executive Certificate Program at Harvard Business School and holds a Bachelor of Business Management degree from the University of Phoenix. Charles also attended the Graduate School of Business at Saint Mary's College of California, but the field of study is unspecified. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma from SSGI INC in 2008 and Materials, Logistics, and Supply Chain from the United States Naval Supply Corps School, University of Georgia, Athens Campus.
