Pablo Española is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and operational excellence. Currently serving as Senior Lead for Content and Quality at Snappr since February 2021, Pablo has developed the company's quality framework, including a comprehensive QA checklist and audit dispute resolution process. Previously, Pablo held the role of Quality Assurance Supervisor at QBE GROUP SHARED SERVICES LIMITED from August 2015 to February 2021, where oversight of a team of 12 quality analysts was maintained, focusing on SLA compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
