Matt Peterson

Matt Peterson currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Snappy, an innovative gifting company, since November 2022. Prior to this role, Matt held the position of Senior Vice President of Finance at Attentive from August 2021 to September 2022, where the focus was on enhancing text message marketing solutions. From November 2018 to August 2021, Matt was the Vice President of Finance at Fastly, contributing to a successful IPO and significant financing initiatives. Additionally, Matt gained extensive M&A experience as a Senior Associate at Union Square Advisors from December 2014 to November 2018, advising on over $13 billion in transactions. Matt's early career includes roles at EY and Vivint Solar, alongside experience as a collegiate football player at BYU and an internship at D1 Sports Nutrition. Matt holds a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
