Yoav Rand

Yoav Rand is currently the VP of Operations at Snappy Gifts. From January 2018 to December 2019, they served as the Director of Operations at Snappy Gifts. Prior to that, they were a Global Sales Operations & Strategy Associate at Google from June 2014 to August 2014. Yoav also attended Columbia Business School from August 2013 to May 2015, where they obtained their MBA.

From June 2015 to December 2018, Yoav worked as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. Yoav started out at McKinsey as a Business Analyst from January 2011 to December 2013. Before that, they worked as Research and Development at Clixie (Zoara.com) from January 2009 to December 2011.

Yoav Rand holds a Bachelor of Science from Tel Aviv University in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School in Business.
