Breanna Ball

Breanna Ball is currently a Junior Designer at Snappy Kraken. Breanna has previous experience as a Printing Customer Service Representative at Quik Print of Austin, Inc. and Production Artist at Logomark. At Quik Print of Austin, Inc., Breanna managed emails, phone calls, small digital printing, bindery, scheduling deliveries, and pickups in the store-front while also keeping track of production to maintain deadlines for large orders. Breanna created a word document with commonly used phrases and information to reduce the response time for emailing customers. Shortly after being hired, they took the initiative to learn our new MIS software before the old one became obsolete at the end of December 2020. At Logomark, Breanna produced 80 – 90+ setups daily consisting of screen printing, laser engraving, full-color heat transfers, vinyl, and full-color digital printing onto a variety of different promotional products with a high level of accuracy. Breanna created 70 - 80+ mockups daily displaying logo placement, color, sizing, and devising options for logos that have fill-in/legibility issues for clients to have a visual representation of how their logo will appear on a product. Breanna also recreated 250+ detailed product drawings in Illustrator that are used in client mockups and internal setups. Breanna consulted with Customer Service to resolve discrepancies with logos/items and assist with questions about art and placement on items.

Breanna Ball has a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design from The Art Institutes and an Associate of Arts (AA) in General Studies from Riverside City College.
