Lisa Venter has held a variety of roles in the digital marketing and operations space since 2009. In 2011, they began their career as a Website Editor at The Oppidan Press, followed by a Digital Manager role at The Audience Business. From 2012 to 2015, Lisa worked at ESPC (UK) Limited as an ESPC Marketing Content & Engagement Executive. After that, they were a Social Media Marketing Manager at Money Dashboard from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, they began working at Skyscanner as a Global Marketing Ops and Growth Manager. In 2021, Lisa moved to Hungrrr as the Chief Transformation Officer and then to Hypergrowth as the Chief Operating Officer. Most recently, Lisa is the Chief Transformation Officer at Snappy Shopper, where they are a role model of growth mindset, data-driven decision making, and cross-team collaboration.
Lisa Venter attended Rhodes University from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Journalism & Media Studies.
