Richard Hwang

Richard Hwang is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in financial technology and content distribution. As the Founder and Chief Executive of HankookNFC Inc. since 2014, Richard Hwang has led the development of proprietary NFC technology and a mobile payment platform focused on payment and authentication solutions. Prior to this, Richard served as the Head of the Contents Business Division at Sejong Telecom, where responsibilities included content distribution and platform business strategy. Richard also held positions as an Adjunct Professor at Hoseo University, General Manager of the Cloud Business Division at Clunet Inc., and Director at Pandora.TV, specializing in marketing and public relations. Richard Hwang holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies and completed FinTech Professional Courses at Dongguk University.
