John Reale

John (JR) Reale serves as the Managing Director at Integr8d Capital, where the focus is on partnering with founders to realize their visions through early-stage capital. In addition to this role, JR Reale is actively involved in TMC Innovation and the Texas Medical Center, holding multiple positions including Executive in Residence and Venture Partner at the TMC Venture Fund, which aims to support health, education, and research needs. JR Reale also contributes to academia as a Lecturer at Rice University and a Senior Fellow at Babson College's Kerry Murphy Healey Center for Health Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Additionally, JR Reale serves on the boards and provides advisory support for several startups, including QuotaPath, Gradient Works, Thread, and SnapStream, while being an investor and board observer at Liongard. Education includes a BS in Finance and Investments from Babson College.
