Oskars Tretjuks is an experienced legal and compliance professional with a robust background in finance, AML/CTF, risk management, and data protection. Currently serving as the Chief Compliance Officer, Legal Counsel, and MLRO at SnapSwap International S.A. since November 2018, Oskars has also worked as a freelancer providing consulting services to FinTech companies. Previous roles include Head of Legal and Compliance at Globitex and Nexpay, and Anti Money Laundering Officer at Global Star Finance Ltd. Oskars holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) and has built a strong expertise in designing compliance systems, managing legal advisory processes, and communicating with regulatory authorities across various regions.
