Céline Sibert holds degrees from Institut d'Etudes Politiques in Paris, Université Paris II Assas and Institut National des Langues Orientales. She began her career by launching her own business, then moved to a staff position at the French Ministry of Labour, where she worked from 1993 to 1995. In 1995 she joined SNCF, supporting the head of Main Lines as deputy for Socio-Economic Affairs. After serving as Guillaume Pepy’s chief of staff from 1999 to 2002, she was head of External and European Relations at Voyageurs France Europe corporate headquarters from 2002 to 2004 and then head of Crisis Management Strategies from 2004 to 2007. From 2008 to 2012, Ms Sibert was Company Secretary at SNCF Proximités, and later served as Transilien Regional Director for Paris Nord, managing lines H, K and the northern segment of line B at Transilien SNCF Mobilités from 2012 to 2017. In 2017, she became head of Security for SNCF, SNCF Mobilités and SNCF Réseau.
