François Nogué

François Nogué is a graduate of Institut d'Etudes Politiques in Paris and a Doctor of Laws, and he holds a degree in clinical psychology. He began his career in the Human Resources Division at Framatome, where he became Vice President of Human Resources and Group Communications in 1991. He joined SNCF in 1998 as Deputy Director of Human Resource Management, and from 2001 to 2006 served as regional director for Eastern Paris, and later Northern Paris. From 2006 to 2014 he was SNCF’s Senior Vice President of Cohesion & Human Resources and in 2014 became head of Ethics, Human Development and Senior Executive Management for SNCF Group. In 2015 he moved to Orano (formerly Areva) where he held the position of Senior Executive Vice President for Human Resources. He was also a member of the group’s Executive Committee, with responsibility for real estate, communication and public affairs.
