Jason Boal, AICP, currently serves as an Urban Planner at Snell & Wilmer, having previously held the position of Deputy Director of Development Services at Ada County, Idaho. Jason has extensive experience in urban planning, land use permitting, and community development, with roles that include overseeing departmental operations, managing budgets, and conducting research for performance improvement. Jason's previous positions also encompass planning and zoning administration in various counties, adjunct teaching at Boise State University, and a foundational role in GIS and project management in engineering firms. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Bioregional Planning & Community Design from the University of Idaho, along with a professional development certification in Organizational Leadership from Boise State University and a Bachelor's degree in Geographic Information Systems from Brigham Young University.
